My childhood wasn\u2019t lullabies and bedtime stories. It was conflict, slammed doors, and a constant hum of fear. But in the middle of the noise, I began to seek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When life doesn\u2019t make sense, the soul starts searching for higher truths. That battlefield pushed me to ask: What is the point of this suffering? What is beyond this chaos?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
That\u2019s when my spiritual journey began.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I became a pilgrim of teachings. From one teacher to another, I gathered wisdom like pieces of a puzzle:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Chinmaya Mission gave me discipline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Art of Living revealed the medicine of breath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Brahma Kumaris taught purity of thought.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Vedanta revealed the eternal Self.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sadhguru ignited boldness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And beyond India, I went further: Joe Dispenza\u2019s work showed me the science behind energy. Mindvalley events became my playground for transformation. I immersed myself in scripture, meditation, and modern tools alike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n But here\u2019s the thing: wisdom isn\u2019t real until you live it. My real transformation began when I stopped just studying spirituality and started practicing it in my own messy, imperfect life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Every Hero\u2019s Journey has the dark night of the soul. Mine wasn\u2019t one night\u2014it was many.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Depression. Relationship heartbreaks. The weight of old traumas. The invisible baggage of growing up in chaos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Every time I thought I was finished, life whispered: Not yet. There\u2019s more to heal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Through yoga, sound healing, hypnotherapy, Theta Healing, and NLP, I slowly transformed pain into purpose. And I realised something powerful: my healing was never just for me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Everything I learned became a tool for others:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sound Healing opened doorways where words could not reach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Yoga reconnected people with their bodies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Hypnotherapy and Theta Healing guided clients into the subconscious to release old patterns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n NLP offered practical rewiring of thought.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Numerology showed the divine poetry behind our human stories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I became the guide I once longed for \u2014 not perfect, not above anyone \u2014 just willing to walk beside others as they remembered who they truly are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This calling eventually took shape in the form of The Source \u2014 my wellness residency in Goa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It\u2019s not just a retreat and not just an Airbnb. It\u2019s a sanctuary for seekers. Guests come carrying stress, heartbreak, or simply curiosity.
